I have been working for LS Frais, Tradelio Group, for almost five years. I started as an administrative assistant and have since then been put in charge of suppliers, raw materials and many other very different tasks. I have learnt so much at LS Frais, even though I started here at the age of 40 and thought I had nothing more to learn. I start every day in a good mood and work with a top team. Every new day brings a new challenge, which always gives me a boost.

I have been working at LS Frais for seven years now, first as an agronomy student. At the time, I was doing my internship and my final year's work at the company, and then I had the opportunity to take up a position as an employee in the quality department, which was a continuation of the internship.<br> The fact that I can work independently in a good general working atmosphere is very satisfying. Even though the company has grown in recent years, it remains a family business. We try to satisfy everyone, take their opinions into account. The atmosphere around the team is good. I joined Ls Frais a little over 20 years ago. Over the years I have progressed through the different departments of the company. I have been working in the shipping department for more than 15 years now. I was fortunate to be put in charge of this department 10 years ago and lead a nice team that always respects each other. I am responsible for the organization of transportation, inventory, disputes, etc. .... It's a very varied job where you feel useful! The advantage of our company is that we all follow our own pace. Ls Frais is still a factory where people know each other by name and friendships can be made. 20 years on and still want to come to work having fun, if that's not an achievement!

I have been working at LS Frais for almost 20 years and over the years have been able to discover all aspects of the company by working in the production and quality departments. In 2012, I had the opportunity to take over the leadership of the site and continue to participate in its growth and the many challenges it faces. LS Frais is constantly growing, developing, automating and offering new things on the market. So we are in a state of continuous improvement and evolution, in a positive atmosphere, with motivated and driven teams. Our goal is to maintain our family spirit, while continuing to train and expand our teams! We also strive for harmony and well-being at work for everyone.
