Accommodating six state-of-the-art slicing and packaging lines with an annual capacity of 3.200 tons, our plant is BRC certified and organised in such a way as to facilitate the perfect processing of our products.

The plant is split into four production areas:

• reception: reciept, storage and preparation of raw materials and consumables
• high care zone: primary slicing and packaging
• packaging: packaging in boxes or reusable trays 
• shipping: storage and expedition of the finished products

The high care zone (2 separated zones) is the heart of our plant. It’s in this hermetically sealed area stretching 1.000 m² that the primary slicing and packaging activities take place. The area is a totally hygienic environment with filtered, cooled, dried air and strictly regulated access for both employees and merchandise according to the most stringent hygiene regulations.
